Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, and here at our box office. Tickets bought at the box office are not subject to the Ticketmaster online fees. Box office hours are Thursday through Sunday from 12pm to 5 pm and during all show hours. 

I want to bring my child to your venue; do they need a ticket?

Our venue is all-ages unless otherwise noted. Every person entering the venue needs their own ticket.

Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the show?

If a show is not sold out, tickets are available at the door. Please be aware a show may sell out while you are waiting in line for day-of tickets, even if the show had not previously been sold out. 

I lost my ticket, what do I do?

Tickets can be located if purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Provide us with as much information as possible from your order, so we can assist you in locating your tickets the day of the show.

Weather Postponement/Cancellation 

If inclement weather forces us to postpone a show, all information will be immediately available on our website and social media. 

If an event is canceled, tickets will be refunded from your point of purchase. Ticketmaster tickets are refunded automatically. Tickets purchased in person at our box office will require visiting the box office for a refund.

Re-entry?

Re-entry is not permitted. Please note re-entry is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21.

Are there seats at your venue?

Our venue is general admission, first come first serve standing room only. However, there are bar stools throughout the venue, which are also a first come first serve basis. Lawn chairs are not permitted.

Is ADA seating available?

There are ADA sections inside the Stone Pony and outdoors for Summer Stage. However, there is not a separate ticket. Please speak with security or event staff once you arrive and they will accommodate you accordingly.

GETTING HERE

Is there parking all year round?

There is all-year-round street parking, which may be paid by meter, or on the Asbury Park Parking app. There are also paid lots located on Fourth, Second, and Lake Avenues. Parking in the summer can be a challenge, so a car service or public transportation is a smart choice. Click here to reserve a parking spot in advance through our Laz Parking partner.

Are there hotels nearby?

Can I take public transportation to The Stone Pony?

Yes, please visit the Directions tab in the About section.

Can I take photos at the shows?

In general, no cameras with detachable lenses are permitted. No video or recording equipment unless it is an artist known to allow those items.

Lost and found

In the event that you lose something at our venue, the lost and found is located in our box office. We make every effort to assist in locating lost items, but please note The Stone Pony is not responsible for any items left on the premises. 

FOOD & DRINKS

Can I bring my own water container?

Yes, one empty clear container per person (Summer Stage only).

Can I bring my own food or drink?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Alcohol Consumption

The legal drinking age is 21. All guests must be prepared to show ID to purchase alcohol. The Stone Pony uses a state of the art scanning system to check the validity of identification presented. If an id turns out to be false, the venue will give the invalid ID to Asbury Park Police.

Valid forms of ID include a valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the United States government, a state government, commonwealth, possession or territory of the United States or a provincial government of Canada; a valid passport, a valid U.S. military ID.

Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside The Stone Pony. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Do the bars at the Pony accept credit cards?

All of our bars accept credit cards.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.

Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.

Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enter the building.

We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.

You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.

All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.

There are EMTs on-site if there are any health emergencies.

There is no smoking of any kind permitted inside The Stone Pony. E-cigarettes are permitted in the outdoor Summer Stage area.

All bags will be searched, and no large bags will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Prohibited Items:

Weapons/firearms/knives, laser pens, pepper spray/mace, alcohol, video cameras/recording devices, outside food & beverages, glass, cans, aluminum bottles, coolers, large or oversized bags/back packs, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized back packs, animals (except service animals), fireworks, blankets, chairs of any kind, umbrellas

Hula hoops, light toys, gloves, etc. are determined for each show and it is best to contact the venue regarding these items.

No drugs or paraphernalia. Prescriptions drugs will not be allowed into the venue unless they are in a prescription bottle. The ID of the person holding the prescription must match the name on the bottle.
